All payments made to PoGoFighter are non-refundable but you may exchange your order if that is acceptable or receive a refund if we are unable to provide the correct service as described to you
 

PRODUCT NOT AS DESCRIBED

All products and services are sold as described. However, if you have doubts that the product is not as described, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong products and services so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right you should send an email to our support explaining clearly why you consider the product to be different in comparison to what was intended.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

PoGoFighter offers non-refundable digital products/services, which will be delivered upon completion of payment.

GUARANTEE

PoGoFighter offers a lifetime warranty on all products Guaranteed SAFE 100% (no ban, no warning), so the use of malicious code, “hacks” or any other software that goes against the game or terms of service will not be covered by the warranty. In this particular case, we require more evidence to legalize the guarantee. Official account bans or post-sale item deletions are not covered.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

FRAUDULENT DISPUTE

We have daily customer service to respond to your problems. Any fraudulent disputes opened without prior notice, result in the instant suspension of all services and deletion of data.

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted, but in case they are eligible for a return all the details associated with the account or service must be provided with FULL access. The service or product must also be returned untouched and its original content/features.

Because PoGoFighter is an electronic service website, we cannot make deliveries. The results of using the service will be displayed on the website or emailed to customers.
